How It Works

Simple to set up. Powerful once it is.

No hardware, no installer, no changes to your building.
If your buzzer can dial a phone number, you're good to go.

Your first Buzzly Number comes with our 14-Day Satisfaction Promise.

Step 1: Get your Buzzly Number

Sign up, pick a plan, and we'll set you up with your very own Buzzly Number. It's a regular local phone number, but with some superpowers.

It's yours alone. Nobody else shares it, and the only thing that ever calls it is your buzzer.

Step 2: Tell your building

Ask your building manager to update the phone number on your buzzer to your Buzzly Number. That's the whole install, and most buildings do it the same day.

Not sure what to say? We've already written the email for you. Copy it from your dashboard, send it, and you're done.

Draft an email

Hi Building Manager,

I'd like to update the phone number on file for my buzzer

Could you please update it to: (614) 555‑0199

Step 3: Adjust your settings and relax

Add everyone who should get the buzz. When someone's at the door, every phone rings at once and whoever picks up first is connected.

Then tell us your unlock button, the key you'd normally press to let someone in. Here's where the magic happens: with that set, Virtual Fobs and Scheduled Access can open the door for you, even when you're nowhere near your phone.
